Envisys Technology manufactures a vibration chamber, which consists of an inner and an outer chamber. The interior chamber is constructed from stainless steel 304-grade sheet metal, while the exterior chamber is composed of CRCS and electrostatic powder coating. The chamber has a double-layered silicon gasket, heavy-duty adjustable hinges, and a multi-pane, toughened, insulated window with an automated heating control system. Hydraulic cylinders or gear motors can be used to move the chamber vertically or horizontally. The chamber has an interchangeable hood that connects the shaker and chamber during combined tests. In addition, the chamber has feed-through holes for active test conditions, sensors for open doors, viewing windows, and illumination bulbs.
